The Clean Room of the Institute of Microelectronics of Barcelona becomes part of the european network EuroNanoLab
The MicroNanoFabs network, where is integrated the Clean Room for Micro and Nano fabrication (SBCNM) of the Institute of Microelectronics of Barcelona (IMB-CNM, CSIC) has now become part of the european network EuroNanoLab, an initiative to establish a large-scale distributed nanofabrication research infrastructure.

Entre els dies 8 i 17 de novembre va tenir lloc la 24à edició de la Setmana de la Ciència a Catalunya (SC’19), una iniciativa en el qual se celebren tot un conjunt d’activitats de divulgació científica arreu del territori català: jornades de portes obertes, exposicions, xerrades, jocs, tallers científics, etc. L’Institut de Microelectrònica de Barcelona (IMB-CNM, CSIC) va sumar-se a la mateixa amb diferents activitats, amb l’objectiu d’apropar la recerca en microelectrònica a la societat.
Attendance of the Institut de Microelectrònica de Barcelona to the EPoSS Annual Forum
Researchers of the Institut de Microelectrònica de Barcelona (IMB-CNM-CSIC) have attended the EPoSS Annual Forum 2019, held in San Sebastian on 16-17 October 2019. This forum brings together all researchers and companies addressing all demands related to the automated and sustainable production of and by Smart Integrated Systems. The IMB-CNM researchers Carles Cane, Lluís Fonseca, Stella Vallejos and Cecilia Jimenez attended the forum.

El proyecto LAB4CELL desarrollará sensores para medir parámetros bioquímicos como pH, CO2, O2 disuelto, glucosa y lactato en células neuronales.
